WoLF examines how a proposed change to Rule 8.4(g) of the Rules of Professional Conduct for lawyers will create a massive and novel intrusion into the beliefs and speech of lawyers regarding “gender identity” while they are in the courtroom -- and even when they are not actively involved in a case. This means that lawyers might be required by judges to use "preferred pronouns," or that "misgendering" will be viewed in the same light as racial slurs.

The Women's Liberation Front commends the correct application of “sex” while strongly opposing the involuntary conscription of female civilians on the basis of so-called equity. WoLF further urges the Biden administration to apply the same logic it used in its recent announcement about conscription – a logic that acknowledges biological reality – in all other facets of governance.

As an attendee of an elite institution that claims to be a women’s college, I was startled by what appears to be an obsession with “gender identity” and an abandonment of feminism permeating the culture and curriculum. I spoke with five of my gender critical female peers about the state of feminism at our college.

If HHS is allowed to include “gender identity” as a form of sex-based discrimination, healthcare providers in a wide variety of government programs will be forced to provide “gender affirming” medical interventions to patients.

HHS has released proposed rulemaking titled Nondiscrimination in Health Programs and Activities. These proposed regulations threaten women’s sex-based rights and they threaten healthcare providers who do not want to provide harmful, unnecessary cosmetic medical interventions under the guise of “gender-affirming care.”

WoLF submitted a co-authored amicus brief for A.M. v. Indianapolis Public Schools, a Title IX athletics case in the 7th Judicial Circuit Court.

Last week I was in Washington, DC to rally for women’s sports on the anniversary of Title IX. When the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade on the following day, I was presented with another opportunity to stand up for women’s rights: protesting at the Supreme Court just hours after this devastating ruling.

Earlier this month, Matt Walsh and The Daily Wire released a provocative documentary, “What Is a Woman?” The film is both a humorous and serious examination of a question we shouldn’t have to ask.
