On January 24, WoLF submitted written testimony in support of three bills in Missouri to protect children from life-altering medical interventions.

WoLF submitted comments to the Virginia Dept. of Education focused on free speech, safeguarding of bona fide occupational qualifications, and the incorrect use of Bostock to support unlawful guidance, and described improvements to be made to the policies, including the use of coherently-defined terms and the protection of lesbian, gay, and bisexual (LGB) students.

On Nov. 4, 2022, the parties in the case of Peter Vlaming v. West Point School Board took their arguments to the Virginia Supreme Court to determine whether Virginia public schools have the power to fire teachers who refuse to use incorrect sex-based “preferred pronouns” as demanded by school students. WoLF examines how a proposed change to Rule 8.4(g) of the Rules of Professional Conduct for lawyers will create a massive and novel intrusion into the beliefs and speech of lawyers regarding “gender identity” while they are in the courtroom -- and even when they are not actively involved in a case. This means that lawyers might be required by judges to use "preferred pronouns," or that "misgendering" will be viewed in the same light as racial slurs.

The Women's Liberation Front commends the correct application of “sex” while strongly opposing the involuntary conscription of female civilians on the basis of so-called equity. WoLF further urges the Biden administration to apply the same logic it used in its recent announcement about conscription – a logic that acknowledges biological reality – in all other facets of governance.

As an attendee of an elite institution that claims to be a women’s college, I was startled by what appears to be an obsession with “gender identity” and an abandonment of feminism permeating the culture and curriculum. I spoke with five of my gender critical female peers about the state of feminism at our college.

The proposed HHS regulations will redefine discrimination on the basis of sex, expanding it so that “gender identity” will be considered a form of sex-based discrimination. If HHS is allowed to include “gender identity” as a form of sex-based discrimination, healthcare providers in a wide variety of government programs will be forced to provide “gender affirming” medical interventions to patients.

HHS has released proposed rulemaking titled Nondiscrimination in Health Programs and Activities. These proposed regulations threaten women’s sex-based rights and they threaten healthcare providers who do not want to provide harmful, unnecessary cosmetic medical interventions under the guise of “gender-affirming care.”

WoLF collaboratively released a statement with Family Policy Alliance (FPA), regarding our shared concerns about the US Department of Education’s proposed Title IX regulations.

The proposed "gender identity" rules are contrary to Title IX and will profoundly harm the interests of women and girls.

We must recognize the female class, and we must recognize issues that impact the female class as disasters in their own right—not as prologues to real trouble for other, real people. Only by naming the issue and uniting as a cohesive class can we begin to work together towards a solution.
