On January 26, 2023, WoLF submitted written testimony in support of Montana Senate Bill 99, the Youth Health Protection Act.

On January 24, WoLF submitted written testimony in support of three bills in Missouri to protect children from life-altering medical interventions.

As part of the progression of WoLF's lawsuit opposing SB 132 (Chandler vs. CDCR) - a law that places men into women’s prisons - WoLF obtained declarations containing sworn testimonies detailing how inmates are affected by its implementation.

Maryland’s Senate Bill 550 and its companion House Bill 453, the Maryland "Transgender, Nonbinary, and Intersex Inmates (Transgender Respect, Agency, and Dignity Act)" has died in committee, thanks in part to oral and written testimony submitted by WoLF Advisory Council member Jennifer Chavez, and Kacie Mills of the WoLF Board of Directors.

WoLF Legal Director Lauren Adams was invited by Alaska Senator Shelley Hughes to give testimony on Alaska Senate Bill 140, The Even Playing Field Act, on April 22, 2022. She was also given the opportunity to answer questions about radical feminism, gender abolition and sex-based rights.

Last week, the Women's Liberation Front (WoLF) submitted oral and written testimony in support of a “Save Women’s Sports” bill in Delaware.

During the past two weeks, WoLF focused on two “Save Women’s Sports” bills in South Carolina: SC House Bill 4608 and SC Senate Bill 0531.

Dr. Mahri Irvine, WoLF’s Executive Director, submitted written testimony in support of TN HB 2835 and SB 2696, two bills that would enact the “Youth Health Protection Act.” These bills provide a mechanism to protect children from unnecessary, life-altering, and permanent medical interventions that are frequently promoted by gender ideology activists.

Lauren Adams, WoLF’s Legal Director, submitted written testimony in support of Maryland House Bill 1319. HB 1319 added “gender transition” of a spouse to the grounds for absolute divorce. This means that if someone’s spouse engages in “gender transition,” that person will have grounds for divorce. Read more on our website.

Last Tuesday, WoLF submitted testimony in opposition to Washington’s appropriations bills, Senate Bill 5693 and House Bill 1816. These bills included a section about establishing $150,000 for the creation of a task force to study the decriminalization of “sex work” in the state.

WoLF submitted testimony on Tuesday in support of a New Hampshire House Bill 1180 that allows public entities to use sex to determine placement and eligibility for female-only spaces and activities.

WoLF staff, volunteers, and other Washington state residents testify in opposition to House Bill (HB) 1956. If enacted, HB 1956 would risk disallowing disclosures of public records requests seeking information on male offenders housed in women's prisons.

Kacie Mills of the WoLF Board of Directors along with WoLF Advisory Council member Jennifer Chavez both testified on Thursday against Maryland Senate Bill 550 (HB453), which would allow male offenders to request transfer to women’s prisons if they claim to identify as “transgender” or “non-binary.”

In collaboration with Family Policy Alliance, the Women’s Liberation Front submitted written testimony on Thursday in support of Ohio House Bill 454. This bill, entitled the Save Adolescents from Experimentation (SAFE) Act, would prohibit hormonal and surgical procedures from being performed on minors for the purpose of “gender transition.”

Kacie Mills of the WoLF Board of Directors and WoLF Advisory Council member Jennifer Chavez both testified on Tuesday against Maryland House Bill 453 (HB453), which would allow male offenders to request transfer to women’s prisons if they claim to identify as “transgender” or “non-binary.”

On August 25, WoLF Legal Director Lauren Adams testified to the California Senate Rules Committee against the appointment of Jeffery Macomber, Undersecretary of Operations, Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR).

“Failure to heed these guidelines will devastate the legal ability of girls and women to exercise critical rights under Title IX and erase the progress toward sex equality in education that Title IX has achieved.”
