DA Compelled to Call Alleged Male Rapist "She/Her"
CA District Attorney DuTemple might become the first criminal prosecutor to be forced to refer to a convicted male rapist using opposite-sex pronouns in court. The motion may also force witnesses and victims of the man to refer to him as “she” and “her.”
Virginia Supreme Court Hears Arguments about Compelled Speech and “Preferred Pronouns”
On Nov. 4, 2022, the parties in the case of Peter Vlaming v. West Point School Board took their arguments to the Virginia Supreme Court to determine whether Virginia public schools have the power to fire teachers who refuse to use incorrect sex-based “preferred pronouns” as demanded by school students. WoLF Takes Radical Feminist Free Speech Arguments to the Virginia Supreme Court
WoLF has just filed a friend-of-the-court brief (also known as an amicus brief) with the Supreme Court of Virginia, in a case where a public school French language teacher was fired after attempting to avoid the use of incorrect male pronouns for a female student who believes she is a boy.
