Women’s Liberation Front Demands The United States of America Protect Sports For Women and Girls, And Uphold Title IX.

Feminist Organization Will Protest at the Supreme Court of the United States January 13th.

Women’s Liberation Front (WoLF) is a radical feminist organization dedicated to restoring, protecting, and advancing the rights of women and girls. Two key sports cases are coming before the Supreme Court of the United States on January 13th: West Virginia v. BPJ and Little v. Hecox. These cases argue that West Virginia and Idaho's bans preventing ‘transgender’ students from playing on the school sports teams that align with their gender identity violate both Title IX and the United States Constitution.

Women’s Liberation Front calls these arguments specious and false. “‘Transgenderism’ is a cruel hoax. It pushes the false idea that people can change sex, and further, that they can do so by simply declaring themselves now the opposite sex,” said Lierre Keith, founder, feminist author, and Special Envoy for WoLF. “There’s literally zero chance males are not going to take advantage of that to invade women’s spaces and trample over our rights.”

The application of ‘transgenderism’ in policy and law gives males permission to ‘identify’ as female to demand access to women’s sports. Women and girls who rightfully protest men in their locker rooms and on their teams are labeled bigots, and kicked off their sports team, suspended from their school, or worse.

“Transgenderism’ is a scam that hurts women and girls. The Patriarchy may have draped itself in a dress and sparkles, but it’s still just pushing the same old misogyny,” said Margot Heffernan, WoLF Vice President, who will be speaking at the rally.

Women’s Liberation Front filed an amicus brief in these cases before the court arguing that the rights of women and girls to their own sports must be upheld. Ignoring the biological reality of sex differences harms women and girls. We play sports with our bodies, not our ‘identities’. Sports research has consistently shown dramatic differences in muscular and skeletal development of boys and girls. Pretending that boys can magically become girls and compete against them in their own sports eviscerates the rights of girls to their own sports, and subverts the intent of Title IX, violating the rights of women and girls. Males who demand access to female sports and spaces often harass, intimidate, and sexually threaten women and girls.

In fact, in the BPJ case, the male athlete known as B.P.J. used his place on the girls’ team to subject female athletes to a “protracted campaign of sexual intimidation.” Women’s Liberation Front Legal Director Lauren Adams said, “This pattern is not unique. From sorority houses, to spas, to prisons, trans-identifying males have entered female-only environments and used that access to engage in voyeurism, intimidation, and even sexual assault. These are not isolated incidents, but a documented and growing risk when women’s boundaries are dismantled.”

Women’s Liberation Front, as a feminist organization, calls out the misogynist push of ‘transgenderism’. We support Idaho and West Virginia in banning this subversion of girls’ rights in their states. VP Margot Heffernan said, “Real feminists reject the ridiculous fallacy that males can be some new kind of woman. If you have fallen for the lie that ‘transwomen are women’, you are not a feminist. You’re a tool of the Patriarchy. As feminists, we will be standing strong for women and girls before the Supreme Court,” she said. Women’s Liberation Front will also host an online session to listen to oral arguments.

The WoLF Legal Team will debrief and offer legal insights immediately after the oral arguments. To register for the virtual arguments and debrief session, email contact@womensliberationfront.org.
