Tell the NCAA: Stop Discriminating Against Female Athletes

In the world of college sports, it is impossible to provide equal opportunities for both sexes without single-sex teams. Allowing biological males on women’s teams discriminates against female athletes. However, the NCAA continues to promote gender ideology by refusing to take a stand against men in women’s sports.

Enough is enough! The NCAA is not above the law. In partnership with many other agencies, we are demanding that the NCAA stop discriminating against women and establish rules to keep women’s sports female. Our partner agencies have developed a joint petition; your signature will be added to a master list of signatories collected by us and our partners throughout the countries. This petition will be delivered to the NCAA in January 2023. Join thousands of other concerned Americans — sign our petition today!

Learn more about our work to protect single-sex sports for women and girls. In 2022, we provided testimony for single-sex sports bills in Alaska, Delaware, South Carolina. We submitted an amicus brief for a 7th Circuit case in support of female-only sports teams, and we submitted public comments to the US Department of Education about the importance of protecting single-sex spaces through Title IX. WoLF has been a champion for women’s sports for many years; back in 2020, we submitted an amicus brief for a 9th Circuit case in support of single-sex sports.
